Finale of Fashion elective!
Yesterday was are finale day of out two week fashion elective, I enjoyed the experience of the two weeks and have come out of the project wanting to do more fashion! I enjoyed the structure of the days and the design aspects tremendously! I learned also so much about other fashion designers some that I never heard of such as Victor and Rolf, Sandra Bucklund, Issey Miack, Mcqueen, Westwood, Galiano and many fashion designers that worked with shape and structure! While I made some mistakes at the start of the project designing and realising that I have to work harder at my time management skills, I do feel that I leaned so much in these two weeks! Ive come out of the project wanting to learn more, how to design more, and how to physically make my own garments! I can only hope the rest of my electives live up to the standard that fashion brought!!

stand work on the manequin!
I like the curve shape created in the centre as it reminded me of some of thev shapes I found in the church!
In the above pieces although I enjoyed making it I made the mistake of working on texture rather than shape itself! I
Again when I was creating the shapes on these pieces Ifocused too mch on the texture of the product although I did find the results intresting!
I then decided to cut out bigger images of the same shape and place them in different places to create and pu;; different types of shapes from it!!
Here are some of the croques that I started off with when I was creating my desingns for my manequin!!
